Key Responsibilities
Positive Knowledge of CRM & Tally Software.
Call potential leads and inform clients about products or services
Handle customer complaints and find quick solutions.
Collect client feedback after sales or deliveries.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
