Key Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of project execution, programme and delivery.
Lead civil, interiors, landscape, hardscape & external infrastructure works.
Manage and drive all contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
Establish project programme, weekly targets and monitor Planned vs Actual.
Identify delays early and implement recovery plans.
Manage client relationships and represent TGE confidently with senior client representatives.
Ensure high standards of quality, workmanship and finishing.
Coordinate drawings, approvals, procurement and material availability.
Monitor project costs, variations, productivity and commercial risks.
Lead and motivate the project team and establish accountability.
Provide concise, technology-driven project reporting and dashboards.
Take decisions quickly and escalate issues with solutions, not merely problems.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a hands-on construction leader, not a coordination-oriented Project Manager.
The candidate should be:
Technically robust and passionate about construction.
Quick on his/her feet, energetic and solution-oriented.
Solid in client and contractor management.
Comfortable dealing with demanding / personality-driven clients.
Experienced in premium residential / hospitality / clubhouse projects.
Strong across civil + interiors + landscape/external works.
Technology savvy and comfortable with contemporary project management systems.
Strong team leader with the ability to push people and get results.
Personally accountable for project outcomes.
