Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology / relevant area mandatory as per institutional requirement
Masters Degree (MCA / M.Tech / relevant specialization) with First Class or equivalent
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications / relevant discipline
NET/SET may be considered where applicable
Experience
Minimum 7 years of teaching / research / industry experience in Computer Applications / IT / Computer Science
At least 4 years post-Ph.D. experience.
Experience guiding postgraduate students/projects
Exposure to accreditation/quality frameworks such as:
National Board of Accreditation (NBA)
National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
Preferred Skills
Solid communication and classroom management
Knowledge of emerging technologies/tools
LMS / online teaching experience
Leadership and team collaboration
Ability to mentor faculty/junior staff
