NCLEX Trainers will be responsible to provide online training to nursing specialists preparing for the NCLEX-RN / NCLEX-PN exam. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured, engaging, and result-oriented sessions that help candidates achieve their target scores.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online NCLEX training sessions for nursing candidates
Deliver comprehensive instruction on NCLEX exam content, test-taking strategies, and practice questions
Create and implement lesson plans, mock tests, quizzes, and study materials
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Track candidate progress and provide guidance to improve weak areas
Stay updated with the latest NCLEX exam patterns, question types, and scoring criteria
Conduct interactive sessions to clarify concepts and enhance critical thinking
Support candidates in building confidence for exam day
Eligibility Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Nursing (BSc / MSc / MPhil Nursing preferred)
Prior experience in NCLEX exam coaching or nursing education preferred
Excellent command of English, with robust verbal and written communication skills
