Roles and Responsibility
Manage and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
Design and develop workflows, business rules, and integrations using ServiceNow tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and standards.

Job Requirements
Experience in IT services and consulting industry is preferred.
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.
Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
