Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Demonstrated sales and customer service orientation
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
