Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager Operations to manage end-to-end operations of a construction centering and scaffolding rental business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch and regional operations.
Monitor inventory, asset utilization and fleet deployment.
Coordinate logistics, transportation and customer deliveries.
Manage branch setup and expansion activities.
Identify and evaluate recent locations for branch expansion.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with contractors, builders, vendors and transport partners.
Handle warehouse/yard operations and material movement.
Coordinate with HR, Finance and Purchase teams.
Ensure operational efficiency, safety and compliance.




Prepare operational and expansion-related reports.
Support branch profitability and business growth.
