*Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including inputs, validation and salary payouts.
*Ensure timely statutory payroll compliance
*Maintain HRMS, payroll records etc
*Manage employee exits, exit interviews and Full & Final settlements.
Required Candidate profile
*Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
*4+ years of relevant HR experience, with robust hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll management.
