About the Role
We’re looking for a Social-First Video Creator who knows what makes people stop scrolling and can turn trends into engaging, high-retention content.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts & social videos.
Conceptualise, shoot, edit and publish content.
Turn trending formats, audio and ideas into platform-native content.
Collaborate with business teams on campaigns.
Track performance and improve content based on insights.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in video/content creation.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
Excellent shooting and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Solid understanding of hooks, retention and social trends.
Fast-paced, creative and trend-driven mindset.
Valuable to Have
Active creator account/strong portfolio.
Comfortable appearing on camera.
Experience with AI content tools, motion graphics or influencers.
Think reels. Spot trends. Create content that people can’t scroll past.
