Roles and Responsibilities :
Handle international client calls to resolve queries and concerns professionally.
Process orders, address product/service inquiries, and offer effective solutions.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly call handling, sales conversion rate, and quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives efficiently.

Job Requirements :
Fluency in spoken English (Business English) with solid communication skills is essential.
Experience in international calling or voice process is preferred.
A solid understanding of business English vocabulary and grammar rules is required.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Familiarity with CRM software and its applications is desirable.
