Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
Solid knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is desirable.
