Roles and Responsibility
Plan and conceptualize creative corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns from idea to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and action plans.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
Any Graduate degree is required.
Possess solid project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
Exhibit solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other event planning tools.
