Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with team to ensure rapid responses to foreign patient inquiries, providing accurate cost estimates and tele-consultations.
Coordinate with internal teams to seamlessly handle medical visa invitations, airport transfers, local accommodation, and language translators.
Monitor the entire in-hospital stay journey of international patients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Ensure all international transactions, documentation, and medical data sharing adhere to global healthcare trade guidelines and local visa regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Tenure: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
