Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate order tracking and updates on customer orders.
Monitor order status, resolve issues, and maintain records of all transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries related to orders.
Manage order processing from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Work Timings: Night Shift (CALIFORNIA TIME) This role requires working during US business hours to ensure real-time coordination with our USA team.
