Job Requirements
Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a recruitment or business development role.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including current trends and challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
