Robust experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform development.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM.
Good understanding of ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, JDBC, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow.
Understanding of ServiceNow upgrade strategy, performance optimization, security, and governance.
Experience designing and architecting solutions for large enterprise settings.
