KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign strategy: shape timely core narratives, connect audience segments to 35 content pillars, and differentiate strategy by platform.
Content development: produce researched articles, plus platform-appropriate social copy and short-film concepts and scripts.
Editorial review: assess drafts across all five risk dimensions, flag specific problem phrases, and rewrite calmly and accurately.
Amplification:
develop realistic amplification ideas with a proactive-and-reactive misinformation approach.
Quality assurance: uphold format, word-limit and submission discipline across the team's output.
SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Proven editorial leadership across written, social and video content.
Robust writer with accessible-yet-substantive range and accurate use of government terminology.
Sound editorial judgement and the ability to pinpoint the most dangerous element in a draft.
Understanding of the tone and responsibility of official communication.
