Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemical engineering or pharmacy.
Proven experience in production and engineering, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
