Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including current trends and developments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
