Roles and Responsibility
Oversee and manage the production process to ensure productive and safe operations.
Coordinate with the quality control team to maintain high standards of product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in API production, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
Robust knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
