Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and manage affiliate partners and aggregators.
Develop and maintain robust partner relationships.
Monitor lead flow, approvals, and disbursals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner operations.
Track partner performance and optimize campaigns.
Negotiate commercials and manage partner agreements.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
Drive revenue growth through affiliate channels.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong partner management and relationship-building skills.
Positive understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, aggregators, and digital acquisition channels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Solid negotiation and commercial management skills.
