IT Recruitment Lead / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Location: Delhi NCR | WFO | 5 Days Working | 9 AM–6 PM
Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Lead / Assistant Manager to manage a team and drive domestic and international IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and achieve hiring targets.
Manage end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment.
Handle domestic, UAE/GCC and international hiring.
Manage client/stakeholder relationships, requirements and escalations.
Drive sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search and referrals.
Manage TAT, SLA, interviews, offers and joining.
Track team performance and recruitment MIS.

Requirements
5–10 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
Solid team management and client-handling skills.
Domestic IT hiring experience is essential.
UAE/GCC or international hiring exposure preferred.
Solid communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.
Willing to work WFO, 5 days a week, 9 AM–6 PM in Delhi NCR.
