Domain Experience -

a. Knowledge and Rich Experience in implementing market risk management framework in Banks/Financial Institutions / Insurance Organization / Asset Management Firms i.e. Experience in Basel , FRTB etc.

b. Creatively articulating value propositions and positioning organization and its offerings effectively to clients

c. Overall understanding of global BFS marketplace, trends and developments, business, regulatory and technology issues & challenges.

d. Ideation and innovation skills across market trends domain, Knowledge of global market risk guidelines including Basel , FRTB etc.

e. Positive Knowledge of Treasury processes and Trading book Instruments.
Thought and Team Leadership Conceptualizing solutions, articulating Points-of-View, White Papers,



and other Marketing Collaterals on Market Risk /Compliance and other BFS domains.
Collaboration Effectively operating in a multi-stakeholder environment and be a good team player with collaborative attitude towards work.
Opportunity support - Designing business propositions and making pre-sales representations to clients and supporting RFI/RFPs.

Valuable-to Have
Any experience in Market Risk/Compliance Solution (such as Murex) development as Domain Expert or as Business User.
Self-driven mindset with positive Communication & presentation skills 3. Relevant client-facing and Project Management experience
