Role & responsibilities
18+ years of experience with projects similar in function, size and scope to the description above.
Project experience in datacentre, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, aviation sectors will be helpful.
Undergraduate degree (masters preferred) in Civil engineering/Hydraulics or related field.
Handling Site Grading Layouts, site development work, Design of Storm water drainage layouts, sanitary sewer system, Underground gravity drainages, chemical sewer system, tankage area layout, Under ground services co-ordination,Asphalt and Concrete Road & RC Pavement and preparation of Road layouts.
Willingness for programming, macros & Excel design sheets is desirable, though not mandatory.
Interest in working with Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python coding will be a big plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Client communication and interaction skills will be preferred.
Time management and people management skills will be valuable.

Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and multidisciplinary model reviews is an advantage.
Knowledge on Site Grading Layouts, site development work, Design of Storm water drainage layouts, sanitary sewer system, chemical/effluent drainage system, tankage area layout, Asphalt and Concrete Road & RC Pavement
Knowledge of Indian codes is mandatory. Familiarity with US, BS, Eurocodes is a plus.
Working knowledge of current industry software, including Sewer Gem, Water GEM, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Arc GIS and Hec RAS/ HEC-HMS
Solid coordination and communication skills for working with global and cross-functional teams.
Time management and people management skills will be valuable.
