Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of business revenue, profitability and P&L;.
Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable growth.
Drive PAN India sales, distribution and market expansion.
Build and strengthen distributor, dealer, key account and channel relationships.
Drive sales across General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional and other relevant channels.
Identify new markets, business opportunities and growth avenues.
Lead, mentor and manage the sales and business development teams.
Set annual, quarterly and monthly business targets and ensure achievement.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and business KPIs.
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Product teams.
Ensure effective forecasting, inventory planning and business execution.




Drive cost optimization and improve overall business profitability.
Present business performance, forecasts and strategic plans to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile
1218 years of overall experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Beauty & Personal Care / Consumer Goods.
Candidates currently working as Business Head, National Sales Head, Sales Director, VP Sales, Zonal Head or equivalent may apply.
Minimum 45 years of experience in a senior business leadership role.
Solid experience in P&L; management, sales strategy and distribution management.
Robust understanding of PAN India distribution and channel management.
