We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Formulation & Development expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in formulation and development of new products.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement recent formulations and developments for existing and new products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Design and execute experiments to test new formulations and technologies.
Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in formulation and development within the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
