We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Compliance Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in clinical compliance.

Roles and Responsibility
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Review and approve clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure adherence to protocol and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to staff members.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical compliance or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Experience with clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
