Roles and Responsibility
Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and dispensing activities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Stay updated with recent medications and therapies to provide informed guidance.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is an asset.
