You'll work with local and global teams to bring in high-quality student enrolments for upGrad's Global Student Program.What You'll DoPartner Onboarding- Identify and onboard recent recruitment partners and education consultants- Vet partners through due diligence and documentation checks- Build a compliant,



high-performing partner networkRelationship Management- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners- Run regular performance reviews and training sessions- Track partner-led recruitment pipelinesPartner & Student Support- Help partners with counselling guidance and application reviews- Ensure accurate, compliant communication with students- Coordinate with Admissions, Compliance, and Operations- Resolve partner and application escalationsMarket Intelligence- Monitor market trends, visa policies, and competitor activity- Share insights to improve partner productivity and conversionsWhat We're Looking For- 3–6 years in international student recruitment, overseas education, or B2B education partnerships- Experience managing recruitment partners or agent networks- Strong grasp of admissions processes, compliance, and visa rules- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven role- Willing to travel across Maharashtra and other assigned regionsEducationBachelor's degree required; MBA/postgraduate degreepreferred.
