- Ensuremilestone adherenceand timely achievement of critical project milestones.
- Monitor and driveRCC floor-cycle achievementas per the approved project schedule.
- Trackmonthly planned vs. actual progressand identify deviations with corrective action plans.
- Monitorcontractor productivityand ensure planned manpower/output targets are achieved.
- Ensureprocurement readinessin line with project requirements and look-ahead schedules.
- Monitordesign/drawing readinessand ensure drawings are available ahead of execution requirements.
- Establish and monitor the90-day look-ahead plan, ensuring reliability of planned activities.
- Ensure accuratecash-flow forecastingaligned with project execution and procurement plans.
- Identify project delays early and drivedelay recovery plans .




- Protect thefinal project completion datethrough proactive planning, coordination and timely escalation.
- Coordinate closely with Project, Design, Procurement, Contracts, QS and Finance teams.
- Prepare and present project planning dashboards and MIS reports to senior management.
