The role will primarily focus onhigh-volume invoice processing and biweekly billing/payment processing for US drivers, while also supporting vendor payments, reconciliations, tax compliance and AP reporting.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working with high-volume transactions, multiple currencies and time-sensitive payment cycles.What You'll OwnManagebiweekly billing and payment processing for US drivers, ensuring accurate and timely completion within defined TATsProcess vendor invoices acrossUSD, INR and other currenciesApply relevantdirect and indirect taxes, WHT and TDSon vendor invoicesHandle urgent vendor payment requests and resolve invoice-related issuesCoordinate with Operations,



Finance and other teams to resolve invoice posting and billing discrepanciesPerform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate AP recordsPrepare daily, weekly and monthly Accounts Payable reports for managementIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes, reduce manual intervention and strengthen controlsSupportUS Accounts Payable operations during US business hours/shift requirements, particularly during driver billing cyclesWhat We're Looking For4–8 years of experiencein Accounts Payable or related accounting functionsExperience handlinghigh-volume invoice processing and vendor paymentsExperience supportingUS Accounts Payable operationsis preferredGood understanding ofUS tax requirements, WHT and TDSStrong understanding ofGeneral Ledger and Accounts Payable processesExperience with ERP systems such asSAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similarStrong Excel, analytical and reconciliation skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work within defined TATsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience inlogistics, supply chain, healthcare, e-commerce or similar high-volume operational environmentsis strongly preferredImmediate joinerspreferred
