Job Title - NLE producerJob Location - NoidaAbout the RoleRepublic TV is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Producer to join itsnewsroom team. The ideal candidate will have solid editorial judgment, hands-onexperience in non-linear production, and a solid understanding of live news production &PCR; workflows. The candidate must have worked in a News channelhandling news operations. The candidate should also possess workingknowledge of PCR operations to effectively coordinate between editorial teams during live broadcasts.Key Responsibilities* Curate news packages, explainers, special reports, promos, and breaking news contentin a fast-paced newsroom environment.* Produce compelling visual stories by integrating video, graphics, sound bites, andnewsroom assets.* Coordinate with reporters, anchors, output teams, graphics, and PCR personnel toensure seamless execution of news bulletins and special programming.* Ensure editorial accuracy, visual quality,



and adherence to broadcast standards.* Handle quick-turnaround edits during breaking news situations while maintaining highproduction quality.* Support live production requirements by understanding rundown structures, cueing,timing, and newsroom workflows.* Assist in packaging business, markets, economy, and corporate news content in an engaging and viewer-friendly format.Required Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.* 3–5 years of experience in television news production.* Working knowledge of PCR operations, rundown management, timing, and live show coordination.* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a 24x7 newsenvironment.* Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications* Prior experience in news production.* Exposure to live television news production.
