BIM & AEC - Business Development Manager US OutsourcingLocation:Hyderabad |Work Mode:On-SiteExperience:5–10 Years |Shift:US Business HoursRole SummaryBrezQ is seeking aBIM/AEC Business Development professionalto acquire US clients forBIM, VDC and Engineering Design outsourcing servicesdelivered from India.ResponsibilitiesAcquire new US clients acrossAEC firms, General Contractors, MEP Contractors, Architects and Engineering firms .Build and manage a qualified USBIM/AEC outsourcing pipeline .EngageOwners, VPs, BIM/VDC Directors, Preconstruction Directors, Project Managers and Engineering leaders .Conduct technical discovery ofBIM workflows, project requirements, modeling standards and production capacity .Develop solutions and proposals for:Revit BIM ModelingArchitectural BIMStructural BIMMEPF BIMScan-to-BIMClash Detection / CoordinationShop DrawingsConstruction DocumentationRevit Family CreationQuantity Takeoff / EstimatingPrepare commercial proposals, SOWs and project/team pricing.Lead client presentations, negotiations and contract closure.Coordinate with BIM/engineering teams for scope,



effort estimation and delivery planning.Must Have5+ years of B2B business development experience in BIM, AEC, Engineering Services or Construction Technology outsourcing.ProvenUS client acquisition and revenue generationexperience.Strong understanding ofBIM/VDC workflows and AEC project delivery .Working knowledge ofRevit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows .Experience sellingoffshore BIM / engineering services .Solid consultative selling, proposal development and negotiation skills.Understanding ofLOD, BIM standards, clash coordination and construction documentation .PreferredExisting US AEC/Construction client network.Experience sellingmanaged BIM teams / dedicated offshore delivery centers .Knowledge ofRevit Architecture, Structure and MEPworkflows.Experience with US construction documentation and standards.Primary KPI:Recent US BIM/AEC clients and recurring outsourcing revenue.
