Audit & AssurancePlan and execute statutory, internal and management audits.Review financial statements, accounting processes and internal controls.Identify financial, operational and process-level risks.Analyse audit observations and develop practical recommendations.Prepare audit working papers, reports and management presentations.Interact with client finance teams, promoters and senior management.Support implementation and follow-up of audit recommendations.2. Management ConsultingWork with SME and startup promoters on business and financial problems.Analyse financial statements, profitability, working capital and cash flows.Develop MIS and management reporting systems.Identify cost optimisation and process improvement opportunities.Assist clients in developing budgets,



forecasts and financial models.Support CFO advisory and finance transformation assignments.Prepare management presentations and business analysis.3. AI & AutomationThe candidate will be expected to develop a strong understanding ofAI and automation applications in finance, accounting and audit .Responsibilities may include:Identify repetitive finance and accounting processes that can be automated.Explore AI tools for accounting, audit, MIS, reporting and data analysis.Develop automated dashboards and management reporting systems.Use Excel, Power Query, Power BI and other tools to improve financial analysis.Evaluate AI-based tools for document processing, reconciliations and audit testing.Assist in implementing automated workflows for clients.Work with technology partners/developers to convert business requirements into practical solutions.Help Devmantra developAI-enabled consulting and audit solutions .Programming knowledge is not mandatory, but an ability and willingness to learn technology, AI tools, automation platforms and data analytics is highly desirable.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:A qualifiedChartered Accountantwith2–5 years of post-qualification experience .Strong in accounting, audit and financial analysis.Comfortable interacting directly with clients and senior management.Interested in solving business problems rather than only performing compliance work.Curious aboutAI, automation,
