We are supported by a vast network of medical resources including 30 clinics, 4 hospitals and 3 retreat centers, serving clients holistically.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focusedAccounting Executiveto manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial records. The role will be responsible for transaction processing, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, statutory compliance support, month-end activities and financial documentation across the business.The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.Salary Range(Annual):INR3,50,000 - INR 4,50,000Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day books of accounts, includingAP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets and journal entries .Record and verify purchase, sales, expense and other accounting transactions.Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, accruals, provisions and prepayments.Maintain proper supporting documentation for all financial transactions.Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare and maintain schedules supporting thetrial balance and financial statements .2. Accounts Payable & Vendor ManagementProcess vendor invoices and ensure accurate accounting and timely payment processing.Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve outstanding or disputed items.Track vendor advances, credit notes and outstanding payables.Coordinate with procurement and business teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices and supporting documents.Assist in maintaining an accurate vendor master and payment records.3.
Accounts Receivable & CollectionsRecord sales and customer receipts accurately and on a timely basis.Perform customer and receivable reconciliations.Track outstanding receivables and support collections follow-up.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between sales records, collections and accounting records.Assist in maintaining ageing reports and monitoring overdue balances.4. Reconciliations & Month-End ClosingPerformbank, customer, vendor, intercompany and ledger reconciliations .Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and unreconciled balances.Support monthly closing through timely posting of accruals, provisions and adjustments.Ensure books are complete and accurate before monthly reporting.Maintain reconciliation files and supporting schedules for audit purposes.5. Tax & Compliance SupportAssist in preparation and reconciliation of data forGST, TDS and other statutory filings .Ensure proper recording and documentation of GST and TDS transactions.Support reconciliation of GST input credits and statutory ledgers.Provide schedules and documentation required for statutory, tax and internal audits.Stay updated on basic accounting and statutory compliance requirements.6. Inventory & Fixed AssetsRecord and reconcile inventory-related accounting entries.Track inventory movements and assist in periodic inventory reconciliations.Support physical inventory verification and investigation of variances.Maintain fixed asset records and assist with additions,
disposals and depreciation accounting.Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate financial records.7. Reporting & MIS SupportPrepare routine accounting reports, ageing schedules and reconciliation statements.Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and management reports.Provide accounting data and schedules forbudget vs. actual analysis .Support cost centre-wise expense tracking and variance analysis.Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for management reporting.8. Internal Controls & AuditMaintain proper documentation and audit trails for accounting transactions.Follow established accounting processes and internal controls.Assist with statutory and internal audits by providing required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents.Identify process gaps and support improvements in accounting processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree inCommerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field .1–3 years of experiencein accounting or finance operations.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.Hands-on experience withAP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end activities .Working knowledge ofGST and TDS .Proficiency inMS Exceland accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks or similar.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.Solid accounting and reconciliation skills.Good understanding of financial statements and accounting processes.Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Employment TypeFull-time
