The role involves handling domestic and international flight bookings, issuing and reissuing tickets, processing cancellations and refunds, and managing schedule changes according to airline policies. This ticket associate needs to have full knowdlge of galileo and amadeusQualificationsProficiency in airline reservation and ticketing systems (e.G., GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and strong understanding of fare rules, classes, and airline policies.Solid customer service skills,



including clear communication, active listening, and professional handling of inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, ticket issuance, documentation, and record-keeping.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities for handling complex itineraries, fare comparisons, and travel disruptions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and meet deadlines reliably.Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, including visa, baggage, and check-in requirements.Prior experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations is highly beneficial.Relevant diploma or certification in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.Comfort with standard office software and communication tools, and willingness to learn current systems and processes.
