Job SummaryTCS is seeking an experiencedIFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) Functional Consultantwith expertise in implementing and supporting IFS PSO solutions. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to optimize workforce scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, and field service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.Configure and implement IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) solutions.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.Configure scheduling rules, optimization parameters, dispatching, and resource allocation processes.Support integration with IFS FSM and other enterprise applications.Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and training materials.Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues.Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.Required SkillsHands-on experience withIFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) .Strong understanding ofIFS Field Service Management (FSM)
