We're Hiring: Business Development Executive Montaz Medias is a personal branding agency based in Visakhapatnam, helping founders and business leaders build their digital presence through strategy, scripting, content production, editing and growth.We're looking for aBusiness Development Executivewho can understand a prospect's business, identify their requirements, communicate the value of our services and convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients.What You'll DoHandle inbound and outbound sales opportunities.Connect with founders, entrepreneurs and business owners.Conduct discovery and consultation calls.Understand client goals, challenges and marketing requirements.Present Montaz Medias services and packages.Prepare proposals and quotations.Follow up consistently with prospects.Manage leads and opportunities in our CRM.Negotiate and close deals.Coordinate client onboarding with the internal team.Maintain an organized sales pipeline.Work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.What We're Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence speaking with founders and business owners.Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.Ability to understand client requirements.Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media or creative services.Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.Target-oriented mindset.Good English and Telugu communication.Preferred Previous experience in any of the following is an advantage:Digital marketing salesAdvertising agency salesCreative servicesSocial media servicesVideo productionPersonal brandingSaaS or B2B salesExperience0–2 yearsFreshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply.Compensation₹2.16–₹2.64 LPA + Performance-Based IncentivesCompensation will depend on communication skills, previous experience and sales ability.Why Montaz Medias?
