We work with organizations across industries to build scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.We are looking for an experiencedBrand Communications Managerwho can combine strong B2B technology marketing experience with technical understanding, storytelling, social media, and search-driven content strategy.This is acontent-first, hands-on rolefor someone who can understand complex technical concepts -particularly aroundAtlassian products and servicesand translate them into clear, engaging, and impactful marketing content.What You’ll DoCreate and manage content acrossLinkedIn, blogs, thought leadership, website pages, case studies, newsletters, campaigns, and other marketing assets .Translate complex technical products, solutions, services, and industry trends into compelling and easy-to-understand B2B marketing content.Develop messaging and narratives that strengthenbrand positioning, credibility, and thought leadership .Work closely with product, technology, sales, leadership, and subject-matter experts to turn technical concepts into strong marketing stories.Own and execute the company’sLinkedIn and social media strategy, including content pillars, editorial calendars, campaigns, creative concepts, and executive thought leadership.Identify relevant industry trends, conversations, and content opportunities within the B2B technology ecosystem.Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on audience engagement and behaviour.Develop content strategies aligned withSEO, GEO, search intent, topical authority, keyword strategy,



content clusters, internal linking, and AI-driven search and discovery .Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.Leverage AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, optimization, repurposing, and analysis.Maintain consistency across brand voice, messaging, positioning, and communication.What We’re Looking For5+ years of relevant experiencein Brand Communications, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.Professional experience working with aB2B SaaS, IT, Technology, or Enterprise Software organization .Strong hands-on experience creating, managing, and promoting B2B technology content.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.Ability to understand complex technology without needing to be a technical expert and convert it into clear, engaging marketing content.Ability to understand Atlassian products and services and translate their technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and creative B2B marketing content.Proven experience managingLinkedIn and social media marketing for a B2B/IT organization .Strong understanding of B2B marketing, content strategy, brand positioning, messaging, thought leadership, and the B2B technology buyer journey.Hands-on knowledge ofSEO, GEO, search intent, content optimization, and AI-driven search and discovery .Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product, sales, leadership, and creative teams.Comfortable balancingstrategy, writing, collaboration, creativity, and hands-on executionin a fast-paced environment.If you are a content-first B2B marketer who can understand technology, build strong narratives, and improve brand visibility and credibility across LinkedIn, search, and AI-driven discovery, we’d like to hear from you.Share your resume [email protected]
