Hiring-Collections Supervisorto manage and oversee collections and cash application operations.Experience:5–8 YearsQualification:B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CMAKey Responsibilities:Lead workflow for Collections Assistants & CoordinatorsMonitor inboxes, refunds, AR credits, tickets & TATsDrive unallocated cash follow-ups and resolve payment issuesHandle billing discrepancies and client disputesCollaborate with Cash Applications, Billing, Cash Management & Client ServicesTrain new joiners and maintain SOPsPrepare operational metrics and leadership reportsWhat We’re Looking For:✔ 5–8 years of Collections / AR experience✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills✔ Advanced Excel skills✔ Exposure toSAP / HighRadiusis an advantage✔ Robust analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
