We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess solid relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability. The position is based out ofMohali .Key Responsibilities- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.- Prior experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team.- Must have hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, and CPC campaigns.- Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners.- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.- Confident personality with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers,
