SEREKO is India’s first Psychodermatology brand, focused on addressing the impact of mental stress on skin health.Role OverviewWe are looking for acommercially driven, hands-on E-commerce & Quick Commerce professionalto own and accelerate SEREKO’s online business across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly, quarterly and annualsales, GMV and profitability targetsacross Quick Commerce & E-commerce.Manage key platforms such asAmazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamartand other relevant channels.Develop account-wise growth strategies coveringsales, assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and new launches .Build and manage relationships with marketplace/category managers to driveplacements, campaigns, visibility and commercial opportunities .Plan and executepromotional calendars, sale events, festive campaigns, offers, bundles and current product launches .Ensure optimumstock availability, catalogue accuracy, pricing, content, ratings,



reviews and product visibility .Track key metrics includingGMV, revenue, orders, AOV, conversion, ROAS, contribution margin, inventory and campaign ROI .Prepare regularMIS, forecasts, business reviews and performance dashboardswith actionable insights.Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, rankings and category trends to identify growth opportunities.Identify new E-commerce and Quick Commerce opportunities and drivechannel expansion and business development .Experience & Skills3–4 yearsof hands-on experience inQuick Commerce / E-commerce Marketplace Sales .Experience inBeauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, Wellness or Nutraceuticalspreferred.Strong understanding ofmarketplace economics, promotions, pricing, inventory and online sales operations .Proficiency inMIS, Excel and e-commerce dashboards/analytics .Highlytarget-oriented, ownership-driven, entrepreneurial and execution-focused .Location:Noida, Sector 142 (Walk able distance from metro station)Connect us with your profile at [[email protected]]
