and leverage strategic relationships with top-tier Dermatologists and Cosmetologists nationwide.Autonomy & Innovation:Exercise high decision-making freedom to build unique portfolios and scale existing brands.Candidate Profile & QualificationsMust-Have Criteria:15+ Yearsoverall experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing.Minimum 5+ Yearsdedicated experience in Dermatology / Derma-Cosmetics within a reputed organization.Dual Functional Exposure:Must be either aNational Sales Headwith marketing exposure OR aMarketing Headwith frontline sales management experience.P&L; Track Record:Proven experience driving direct P&L; for a business unit or major brand portfolio.KOL Network:Strong, active relationships with key opinion leaders in Dermatology.Competencies:Solid leadership, independent strategic thinking, and a result-driven mindset.Desired (Nice-to-Have):MBA from a premier/reputed institute.Currently heading Sales & Marketing for a pharma division.Low job mobility / solid career stability.Track record of building or establishing a Business Unit (BU) from scratch.10+ years of people management experience.
