We're building a dedicated Training Centre and looking for a leader to own both staff training and patient experience for our operations.What you'll doDesign and run a structured Training Centre covering clinical skills, soft skills, and service etiquette for nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers.Build the onboarding/induction training journey for recent hires, including simulation-based learning.Own the patient/family experience strategy — journey mapping, service standards,



and satisfaction tracking (NPS/CSAT).Turn patient feedback and complaints into targeted training interventions.Develop a train-the-trainer model to scale training delivery.Partner with Quality and HR teams to align training with credentialing and compliance cycles.What we're looking for6-10 years in clinical training, L&D;, or patient/customer experience — healthcare or home-healthcare background preferred.Experience designing and scaling training programs for a field-based workforce.Prior ownership of patient/customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT).Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills.
