and content relevance through audits.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Org Development, Business Admin, or equivalent experience.3–5 years in eLearning development with Articulate 360.Proven GenAI expertise (Synthesia, LLMs).Robust video/audio editing skills.Expertise in SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployment, and cross‑device testing.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Preferred SkillsCertifications: Articulate Certified Developer, AI for Instructional Design, CPTD.Motion graphics (After Effects) or custom illustrations.Familiarity with adult learning principles (Knowles, ADDIE, SAM).Experience with Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4 evaluation.Coaching and learner engagement techniques.Project tools: Smartsheet, Asana, Jira.
