We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive – Ad Operations to join our noon Minutes Ads team. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, working closely with Sales, Commercial, Creative, Onsite, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should have strong execution skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoManage end-to-end campaign execution, from campaign confirmation and input collection to setup, QA, launch, and post-campaign reporting.Coordinate with Sales/Commercial teams to collect campaign requirements, creatives, SKUs, landing pages, and other necessary inputs within defined timelines.Set up and manage campaigns across noon Minutes’ advertising inventory, ensuring accurate targeting, placements, budgets, dates,



and campaign configurations.Conduct thorough creative and campaign QC before launch and ensure all campaigns go live as planned.Work closely with other teams to resolve execution blockers and ensure timely delivery.Proactively follow up on pending inputs, approvals, SKU listings, inventory, and other campaign dependencies.Monitor live campaigns and identify issues that may impact delivery or performance.Prepare and share campaign performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.Track campaign bookings, execution status, revenue, and other key operational metrics.Maintain accurate trackers and documentation for campaign planning, execution, and reporting.Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to processes and SOPs.Support the team in building scalable and automated reporting and execution processes.Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.What You'll Need1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, campaign management, digital advertising, account management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of digital advertising campaign execution and reporting.Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors before campaigns go live.Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and handling large datasets.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ownership and follow-through, with a bias for action.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Experience with ad-tech platforms, campaign management tools, or quick-commerce/e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.Noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
