About Marshal Packers & Movers
Marshal Packers & Movers is a premium Indian relocation and vehicle-transport company. We provide accountable bike and car transportation with documented pickup, vehicle condition records, route planning and coordinated delivery.
We are developing a new travel-focused service for individuals, families, motorcycle clubs, car clubs and organised travel groups who want to transport their own bike or car to a holiday or road-trip destination.
About the Role
We are hiring a Travel Community Partnerships & Sales Intern to help us identify, approach and build relationships with motorcycle clubs, car communities, road-trip groups, travel organisers and adventure-tour communities.
This is not a social-media posting internship. The role involves research, personalised outreach, relationship building, lead qualification, CRM discipline and measurable contribution to sales opportunities.
You will work directly with the hiring manager and Marshal’s sales and operations teams. You will not independently promise prices, insurance coverage or delivery timelines. Final quotations and operational commitments will be handled by authorised team members.

- Identify groups with upcoming trips where members may need bike or car transportation.
- Find and approach group administrators, organisers and authorised decision-makers.
- Conduct personalised outreach through email, telephone, Linked In, Instagram and other approved channels.
- Obtain administrator permission before presenting or posting Marshal’s offer in any community.
- Pitch Marshal’s individual and group vehicle-transport proposition.
- Arrange introductory calls, online presentations and group transport discussions.
- Collect consented enquiries from interested travellers.
- Qualify leads based on origin, destination, travel dates, vehicle type, number of vehicles and one-way or round-trip requirements.
- Enter every partnership and lead interaction accurately into the company CRM.
- Coordinate qualified prospects with Marshal’s sales and operations teams.
- Follow up with interested organisers and travellers without spamming them.
- Track community source, response, qualification, quotation and booking outcomes.
- Prepare concise daily activity updates and weekly funnel reports.
- Share feedback about common objections, route demand and potential group packages.
