Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect – Detailed Job Description

Role: Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect
Experience: 12+ Years (10+ years in Salesforce, 2+ years in AI/Agentforce)
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Pune / Remote (Hybrid Preferred)
Employment Type: Contract- Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The architect will define scalable agentic AI architectures, integrate enterprise systems, establish governance, and mentor development teams to deliver secure and intelligent customer experiences. This role aligns with Salesforce's enterprise architecture approach for Agentforce and focuses on building production-ready autonomous AI agents with solid governance and integration practices.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design

- Design end-to-end Salesforce Agentforce architecture for enterprise implementations.

- Define scalable AI agent frameworks across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.

- Create architecture artifacts including HLDs, LLDs, sequence diagrams, and integration blueprints.

- Lead technical discovery workshops with business stakeholders.

- Recommend best practices for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

Agentforce & AI Development

- Design and configure autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.

- Build conversational workflows using Prompt Builder and Agent Builder.

- Implement reasoning, grounding, guardrails,



and action orchestration for AI agents.

- Configure AI-powered knowledge retrieval using Data Cloud and CRM data.

- Optimize prompt templates for accuracy, safety, and business outcomes.

Salesforce Platform Leadership

- Architect solutions across:

- Sales Cloud

- Service Cloud

- Experience Cloud

- Data Cloud

- Einstein AI

- Omni Studio (Preferred)

- Define reusable Apex frameworks and Lightning Web Component architecture.

- Ensure governor-limit compliant and high-performance application design.

Integration Architecture

- Design API-led integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Pub/Sub APIs.

- Integrate Agentforce with ERP, SAP, Oracle, Mule Soft, Azure, and third-party AI services.

- Build secure authentication using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Named Credentials, and External Credentials.

- Implement event-driven architecture using Salesforce Platform Events.

Security & Governance

- Establish AI governance and responsible AI practices.

- Design role-based access, Shield encryption, field-level security, and audit strategies.

- Define monitoring, observability, and testing standards for Agentforce deployments.

- Conduct architecture reviews and production readiness assessments.

Technical Leadership





- Mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads.

- Review code quality, Dev Ops pipelines, and deployment strategies.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Data Engineers.

- Drive estimation, sprint planning, and technical risk mitigation.

- 12+ years of overall IT experience.

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture.

- 2+ years working with Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein AI.

- Strong expertise in Data Cloud and AI-powered CRM solutions.

- Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs and Mule Soft.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and solution presentation skills.
