About the Job

We're on the lookout for a creative and driven AI-Powered Video, 3D & Motion Designer to join our in-house team!

If you're passionate about creating original 3D assets, building motion graphics from scratch, and generating AI-powered visuals for ad creatives, social media, and campaigns, this is your chance to grow with a high-performance creative team.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Creating original 3D assets and models - objects, characters, environments for use in motion graphics, ads, and social content
- Building motion graphics and animations from scratch for Meta Ads, Reels, and social media content
- Generating AI-powered videos and visuals, and integrating them into ad creatives and campaigns
- Collaborating with our creative and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life
- Keeping up with trends in 3D design, AI tools, motion styles, and storytelling formats

Must-Have Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience creating motion graphics and 3D assets (not just editing existing ones)
- Proficiency in 3D creation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar




- Hands-on experience with AI video/visual generation tools and workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation
- Strong understanding of visual rhythm, pacing, typography, and platform-specific formats

Bonus - Skills Nice to Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, and similar platforms
- Advanced knowledge of AI video generation, AI avatars, image-to-video, and text-to-video tools
- Experience with kinetic typography or logo animations
- Robust sound design and audio-sync skills

Requirements:

- We are based out of Kolkata; must be available to work from the office
- A portfolio showcasing your 3D asset creation and motion graphics work is mandatory
- 3D models, original motion graphics, and AI-generated video samples would be preferred
