We are looking for a "Service Now Delivery leader " for our global IT services provider

Location: Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabad

20+ years of managing Service Now projects

Experience in Service Now (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale Service Now delivery programs across multiple clients
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and support
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting, and operations
- Provide strategic direction on Service Now platform capabilities and roadmap
- Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience





- 20+ years of experience in IT services delivery , with strong exposure to Service Now
- Proven experience leading large-scale Service Now implementations
- Deep understanding of:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Request Management
- Configuration Management
- Hands-on experience in designing / customizing Service Now modules
- Strong knowledge of project delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
- Experience working with cloud technologies and SaaS environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Robust analytical and consultative mindset
